Loyalty Program Agent
RIU HOTELS, a hotel chain committed to equal opportunities in the labor market and one of the market leaders with more than 100 hotels in 20 countries, is looking for an Employee for the Loyalty Program to join the team at the headquarters in Cancun.
You will become part of the RIU Class Department, the loyalty program of Riu Hotels & Resorts, which rewards loyal guests with exclusive benefits. You will support members in English and Spanish, manage the points system and benefits, and respond to inquiries about our hotels worldwide – all in a warm and dynamic environment with daily challenges and continuous learning opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
Assisting program members via email and phone
Communicating with hotels, front desks, etc.
Handling incidents and inquiries
Maintaining a high-quality database
Your profile:
Proactive and careful work style
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Native-level English proficiency
Additional language skills (Spanish, French, etc.) are a significant advantage
We offer:
Full-time on-site position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of a flexible schedule (from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m)
